There are 2 units: Upper and Lower

Both offer:
- True drive in / ski in and out
- A hot tub and fireplace     
- A fully equipped kitchen, dining and lounging areas
for those that don’t want to leave the world behind
- There is wireless internet, cable tv, and stereos

How many they can comfortably sleep depends on the sleeping arrangements, who shares a bed and or room.

The Upper:

2 floors (1100 sq ft) and a loft (400 sq ft)
4 bedrooms - 3 bedrooms have queen beds, 1 has 6 bunk beds –all on 1 floor, away from the bustle
The loft has single and queen foam and futon beds. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms with queen beds -so 3 couples with their own room (6), a room with 5 single bunk beds and a double bed (? a family with children/put 5-6 children together/singles - 5-6). There is a loft - this is an open area about 10 x 40 ft - we have a number of foamies (thick) and a futon in it. Generally the top unit sleeps a maximum of 12 comfortably.

The Lower:

1 floor (1100 sq ft)
2 bedrooms – 1 with a queen bed and a queen     bunk , 1 with a queen bed
A queen futon bed/couch in the living area

The lower unit has 2 bedrooms - 1 with a queen bed (2) and the other bedroom has a queen bed and a queen bunk - (3x2=6).  There is also a pull out queen futon in the living area (1-2).  The bottom works well for 6 adults or maximum 2 couples with 1-2 children. This makes for 12 in the top unit and 6-8 in the bottom.
